Pedagogy and Practice:
My Approach to Teaching
As an educator, I believe education should nurture creative, resilient, curious, and compassionate individuals who are ready to contribute meaningfully to an ever-changing world. My approach is grounded in inclusion, curiosity, and joy. These are values that guide both how I teach and how I learn alongside others.
Empowering and Reflective Practice
I am committed to a reflective practice; continually observing, adapting, and responding to meet the needs of every learner. I believe strongly in high-quality SEND support and in the power of partnerships with families, colleagues, and the wider community. I strengthen this practice by engaging in professional learning with Early Excellence, UK.

Designing for Curiosity and Connection
I view the classroom as a living community where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to explore in their own way. I design environments that invite connection, curiosity, collaboration, and inspiration; spaces that are both beautiful and purposeful. I believe learning happens most deeply when children feel a sense of belonging and when they are trusted as capable, curious thinkers. I draw on my Atelier design training and experience to create invitations and experiences that spark curiosity and engagement.

Inclusive and Joyful Classrooms
Having lived and worked across four countries, I bring a global and inclusive perspective to my teaching. This international experience has deepened my respect for diversity and the many ways children make sense of their identity and the world around them.

I am committed to building warm, meaningful relationships with each child, understanding their perspectives, and supporting them to grow with confidence, curiosity, and a sense of belonging.
